This is a list of resources that I use when making websites. Odds are if you are to ask me a question this is the page I will send you to.
Page Speed:
GTMetrix is a great place to make sure your website is fast just like Google wants it to be. It helps make a better user experience and your users like that.
Twitter:
Manage Flitter – Find Twitter followers that are no longer tweeting and clean up your twitter stream in a few easy steps.
Hootsuite – Manage all your twitter accounts in one dashboard. I use the pro version which is like $5 a month and totally worth it.
Paper.li – Great way to find new Twitter followers and help you get more followers when people retweet your newspaper. Set it up one time and its on auto pilot.
Tweetadder – (affiliate link) Great software that helps you find users to follow and unfollow. Find users by keyword or location or by following accounts of your competitors.
Google+
FindPeopleOnPlus – Great resource for finding other like minded people on Google+. You can search by keyword, location, etc.
Email Newsletters
Aweber – (affiliate link) My choice for sending out newsletters. I have tried a few and this is the easiest for me. They can send out newsletters from your rss feed.
Picture Resizing
Picnik – Great editor for making your website images smaller and load faster. I use the chrome plugin and have it right in my browser for handy purposes.
Competition
Raventools - Hands down my favorite tool to find anything about a website. I use the pro version, and the keyword research is second to none for getting the job done and finding new niches.
Keyword Tools
Compete.com – Good place to get both your keywords and your competitions too.
Google adwords keyword tool - Free tool to find your keywords.
Soovle - Get keyword ideas from multiple search engines at once.
Youtube Keyword Suggestion Tool – If it works for YouTube videos it will work for your website.
Wordtracker – Free sample report on keywords.
Google alerts – Not really a keyword tool but you can find new keywords and have them delivered to your inbox.

Marketing
PR Web Videos – Great place to watch and learn how to get your site noticed. They have great webinars and they record them and place them here.
Logos and Banners
Lesruba.com – My #1 place to go for logo’s and banners.
About Us Page Example
Social Triggers About Us Page – Great example of what an about me page should contain.
Privacy Policy Maker
Serprank – Help you build a proper privacy policy.
Domain Names
Name.com – Find your domain name using their nifty tool that also uses Google keywords.
SEO Tools
Search Quick Status – Firefox extension that allows you to see pagerank, backlinks on site or by page. If you use Firefox and make websites this is a must have.
Web Hosting
Knownhost – My web hosting of choice since moving off GoDaddy in 2008.
Video or Audio Transcription
Speechpad – Get videos or audio files transcribed at a very good price.
