I just returned from a 3 day seminar on buying houses at discount prices. The sesions were pretty good and it was near my house so I went. I learned way too much about the shape of the real estate market and where it is probably heading.
Next week I am going to Arizona and Las Vegas to look at foreclosed houses. The prices are great and it is time to start investing more into my real estate portfolio. The amount of foreclosed homes in this area is amazing and Las Vegas is still growing so buying something there and renting it out could be a good idea.

Not to sure it is smart to bring a blank check to sin city with all those slot machines around but hey I will take my chances.
